  A short thank you to Mark Giammalvo for an article he wrote in 1999 on 
intermittent electrical problems. He described and gave me the solution 
to a Ford Explorer EEC relay problem that has plagued me for over 6 
months. 

 His advice, $16 and ten minutes solved the problem.  An authorized 
Ford  dealer and a respected shop could not do what Mark's article
